Your role
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform to enhance the digital workplace.
- Create strategies for seamless integration of Power Platform within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Develop and customize Power Platform to address specific business requirements.
- Implement efficient data models, workflows, and user interfaces using Power Platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions that enhance the digital workplace experience.
- Design and implement automation processes to streamline digital workplace workflows.
- Implement and optimize Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for effective collaboration and communication.
- Integrate Power Platform and other Microsoft 365 tools to create a cohesive and integrated digital workplace environment.
- Provide training sessions to end-users on using Microsoft 365 applications and Power Platform.
- Offer ongoing support to ensure a smooth and productive digital workplace experience.

Your profile
- An EPFL/ ETH/m University degree in the Scientific, Technical or Management fields.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Architect or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform. Viva suite is a plus.
- Experience with Power Platform development.
- Good communication skills and customer satisfaction oriented.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform and Microsoft 365 certifications.
- Familiarity with Digital Workplace concepts, strategies and best practices.
- Experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft 365 & Power Platform collaboration solutions.
- Knowledge of modern workplace technologies and trends.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Capability to work fluently in French and English.
- Ability to travel in CH Romandie.
