- You advise the Klüber management and the R&D department
- You define global standards for R&D controlling and set up a management information and performance indicator system
- Using the target costing approach, you ensure the profitability of product developments
- You guarantee project profitability in the long term through transparent and continuous project controlling
- As a key user for R&D, you support the further development of the company-wide BI/Data Warehouse system
- You support the cost center managers in the R&D area with their planning
- As part of Group reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements), you prepare analyses and comments for the Munich site
- You carry out profitability analyses and evaluate investments in the R&D area
Qualifications arrow_right
- You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, economics or business informatics, alternatively a commercial apprenticeship
- You own 3+ years of professional experience in operational R&D controlling in an international industrial company
- You are comfortable and confident working with MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP
- You successfully use your analytical and problem-solving skills for conceptual work and the presentation of complex interrelationships
- Personal initiative, ability to work in a team and openness to new ideas characterize you personally
- Very good German and good English communication skills round off your profile
