The section Global IT Controlling (GITC) is responsible for the global IT planning (budget-, staff and mid-term planning), the allocation of IT cost (internal and external) as well as the regular monitoring of global IT cost. We are looking to fill a position in our analyst team.
YOUR JOB
- Assessing the development of expenses and presenting the findings to the IT senior management and other stakeholders (e.g. Board of Management, local CFOs, internal and external clients) in standard reports and ad-hoc analyses
- Supporting the IT management in the day-to-day management of their expense budgets by identifying and analysing trends and developments, as well as deriving appropriate recommendations
- Coordinating and executing the cost and staff planning for the serviced IT units; challenge budget and staff requirements for the serviced IT entity
- Prepare and facilitate quarterly Forecast meetings on budget development with IT management
- Monitor and challenge performance and progress of different IT application development projects
- Coordination and review of specific project portfolios / clusters and their prioritizations together with IT and business stakeholders (e.g. Cluster and Supercluster Managers, GPOs, …)
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in an economics discipline or information technologies.
- Several years of experience in IT and/or finance.
- Sound knowledge of SAP/CO, SAP BW, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to depict complex topics in a clear and simple manner.
- Highly proactive approach, strong commitment and assertiveness.
- Strong and convincing communicator, highly skilled in dealing with multiple interfaces, especially in the international organization.
- Pronounced client and service orientation.
- Fluent business English
